Have you noticed drinking more or perhaps putting on a few pounds during COVID-19? Join the club! Being healthy is hard especially in a pandemic! Using the latest scientific evidence Dr. Lee-Baggley will review why healthy habits are hard and the impact of COVID-19 on healthy habits. Using the latest scientifically based knowledge, this course will provide applicable, real-life skills to start and stick with healthy habits. The course focuses less on “what” to do and more on “how” to do it. Participants will learn to recognize and manage what gets in the way of sticking to healthy habits including being more mindful about choices, developing self-compassion, and how to live a life that reflects what truly matters.
